Statement of Purpose
The Donation Program aims at equipping young people to positively transition from education to work. The aim of the Program is to support young people at the start of their work journey so that work, and relationships at work, have a positive impact on the young person's life. In this way the community benefits from the enhanced enthusiasm, confidence and endeavor of young people.

Through bringing community attention to the impact of bosses at work, the Program aims to improve the quality of relationships at work, and to grow in the next generation an improved standard of leadership compared to the generation before.

Through the work of the Program, an increasing number of young people will enjoy the transition to work, will find work a productive experience, and as a consequence will have an enhanced life journey and will be better bosses when one day they become bosses.

Charter
The charter of activities of the Program is to:

• Advance to education of students about to enter the workforce with education to benefit their transition to work
• Fund the development of content for relevant education programs at schools, colleges and universities
• Fund the planning and delivery of education sessions for students. The education sessions focus on, but are not limited to:
• Skills to assess and fit the culture of organisations students might work for
• Skills to assess the management style of the manager they might work for
• Skills to manage the variety of relationships at work
• Support students in their early work place learning for a period of five years.
• Develop and conduct annual awards
• to recognise organisations that are great places to work for young adults
