Posting Good Boss Stories We are a vehicle for sharing good news stories about bosses. Some bosses act in such a way that they motivate their staff. They might motivate by the way they plan work, the way they communicate, the way they reward and recognise people, the way they conduct performance reviews or helping people develop and so on. Other bosses could learn from what good bosses do. Some bosses want to be constructive bosses but aren't exactly sure what to do. They are usually keen to learn. Please help by sharing examples of what a good boss has done. This may be from your own experience, or from what others have told you. Story Guidelines A Good Boss Story is a true story that lifts the spirits. The story should describe the situation and the actions taken. It makes us feel positive and optimistic. The story covers both what the boss did, and the emotion you felt. Please do not use real names. The story could be brief or up to around 500 words. Describe a specific situation.
